Venlo, the Netherlands, 8 January 2007—Océ today announced the introduction of two new production-colour printers for commercial printers, printshops and corporate printrooms. The Océ Colour System 620 and Océ Colour System 650 Pro provide printing and copying at 65 pages per minute plus extensive scan functionality. The systems have a number of finishing, media and controller options, making them suitable for supporting various production workflows. Océ CS620 and CS650 Pro complete the Océ production colour line, which also includes the Océ CPS/CPT family.
Océ CS620 - The fast and affordable multifunctional colour system
Entry-level production requirements can still mean high quality and performance. The Océ CS620 delivers cost-effective colour production with the speed, media handling, finishing flexibility and output quality sure to delight corporate printroom managers and printshop owners. “Our customers in printshops and in-house printrooms need to work miracles every day to satisfy their customers and meet tight deadlines. Océ CS650 Pro - Profitable colour production with finishing to fit every job mix
Production professionals demanding a fast, reliable, heavier-duty colour system will bank on the Océ CS650 Pro.
- 65 page-per-minute performance in full colour and black & white
- Large input and output capacity for unattended production on up to 300 g/m² and 330 x 487 mm media - enabling SRA3 processing as standard
- Configuration and finishing choices supporting current and desired job mixes
- Oil-free fusing delivering prints that can be written or printed over, perfectly suited for offline finishing such as varnishing or lamination
- New high-definition toner serving up rich colours, dense blacks and crisp details
Combined with a high-performance EFI Fiery front-end these features add up to a new level of electrophotographic colour production. The CS650 Pro offers high quality output on standard and coated media with the speed and efficiency suited for peak volumes of up to 300,000 pages per month. For commercial printers and large corporate printrooms the CS650 Pro opens up performance, customer satisfaction and profitability at a whole new level.

The Océ CS620 and CS650 Pro are available for delivery from February 2007 on in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Repulic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. U.S. availability is March 2007.
