Multi-folding/punch/post inserting unit (FD-501)

•  Folding (center fold, tri-fold, letter fold out, gate fold, double-parallel fold, Z-fold/engineering fold)
•  Punching (two or four-hole)
•  Insertion of (preprinted) sheets and covers
•  Two post inserter trays of up to 500 sheets each
•  Stacking of up to 2,200 sheets

Booklet maker (SD-501)

•  Saddle stitching for booklets of up to 50 sheets (200 images)
•  Face-edge trimming
•  Delivery belt for up to 50 booklets
•  Multisheet center and tri-folding
•  Sub tray for straight output of up to 200 sheets

Staple finisher (FS-503)

•  Two-point and corner stapling of up to 100 sheets
•  Variable staple length (cutting mechanism)

High capacity stacker (LS-501 and LS-502)

•  Up to 5,000 sheets stacking capacity

Perfect binder (PB-501)

•  Hot-melt glue binding
•  Books of up to 30 mm thickness
•  Insertion of pre-printed covers or cover printing during the run

•  Insertion of z-folded large size sheets possible in combination with multi-folding unit

The Océ VarioPrint 1105 is suitable for all your mailings, flyers, syllabi, punched manuals, stapled reports and booklets up to 50 sheets. Capable of cart-mounted stacked output up to 10,000 sheets and glue-bounded books up to 30 mm it also print reports, including z-folded drawings.

High definition polymerized toner

Environmentally friendly high quality output

The Océ VarioPrint 1105 uses the latest high definition polymerized toner that allows for a reduction in toner consumption compared to conventional pulverized color toners. Its small and uniform toner particles can be fused at a lower temperature, reducing power consumption. The polymerization method substantially reduces energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
