Sweepstakes rules
These are the rules that govern the relationship between you and Océ when you enter the Sweepstakes to participate in the game.
Definitions
“Sweepstakes” means the Océ FESPA 2012 sweepstakes. “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Océ-Technologies B.V., St. Urbanusweg 43, 5913 CA Venlo, The Netherlands. “You” means the participant/registrant to the Sweepstakes. “Website” means the Océ FESPA 2012 microsite. “Prize” means the prize for the winner of the Sweepstakes.
Prize
1. One of the participants/registrants to the FESPA event, the newsletter or the customer call back form will win a Canon photo camera
2. One of the participants/registrants to the FESPA event that shows its registration confirmation at the Océ booth during the FESPA 2012 event in Barcelona, will win tickets to an UEFA 2012 game.
Sweepstakes description
The Sweepstakes runs from January 1, 2012 to February 24, 2012. When You wish to participate, You have to register for the FESPA event, newsletter or customer call back within such period; before or after such period You do not have any access to and cannot participate in the game.
One of the participants/registrants for the FESPA event, the newsletter or the customer call back form will be randomly selected win a Canon photo camera;
One of the participants/registrants for the FESPA event, who shows their registration confirmation at the Océ booth during the FESPA 2012 event in Barcelona, will be randomly selected to win tickets to an UEFA EURO 2012 game.
Winners will be selected as of February, 24 2012. Winners will be notified by email within two (2) weeks after the end of the game.
Rules for participating
1. Participants accept the rules for the Océ FESPA 2012 when they register to the UEFA EURO FESPA 2012 event.
2. To the FESPA 2012 event our Terms of Use regarding use of the involved website and our privacy Terms for use of your personal information are applicable. Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy rules.
3. We keep the right to substitute, at our own discretion, the prize with a prize of comparable value.
4. The UEFA EURO 2012 the Terms and Conditions and regulations shall apply accordingly to the actual use of the tickets EUFA 2012.
5. We will not replace any lost or stolen prize items once in the participant’s/registrant’s possession.
6. OCÉ DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PRIZES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.
7. OCÉ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE (USE OF THE) PRIZES HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY.
8. The participant/recipient is solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes and for any expenses not specified in the prize description.
9. The Sweepstake is open to natural persons registered via the website. Participants must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to implement additional age requirements where necessary. By entering the competition, all participants/registrants assign all rights, title and interest in all creative material placed on the website by them.
